I found this place a few months ago, and fell in love with the Owners, Sir Rain and his lovely lady Trot have done a fabulous job for probably one of the amazing places. The Tie that Binds wedding area handles branding, collaring, weddings, and even a handfasting (Which my new Master and partner took full advantage of just a few days ago!)....
The Rustic environment boasts a club called the Nawty box, a small strip mall, parcels to purchase, and an extremely extensive library by Virgo, a woman who has provided her years of experience in lifestyle in writing.
The community built here at the RainGap sim is warm, peaceful and so many places to enjoy interludes, reading or just building your own home next to some like minded neighbors...
Warning though, this is a clothing optional sim and so you may just find the owners and other residents in a birthday suit!
