Tempest Imagery is back open!

After many years of being AWOL, I have decided to hand over Tempest Imagery and it's reputation to a very talented woman named Nyghtmaer Atua.  She and the Chippendales have been gracious to give us (Nyghtmaer and I) enough space to open the studio once again and because of that, we are severely discounting the packages that you buy (not counting the wedding package) by 50%.  Please contact us directly and do not purchase a package or gift certificate as they will not include the 50% discount.  YOU MUST contact either myself or Nyghtmaer via a Notecard and or offline (although we highly recommend you send us the NC for tracking purposes. No Salvation: Inspires again!

After being spoiled, I took a friend to No Salvation and found a few pictures pop into frame.  I truly enjoy that build. I highly recommend it if you like the dark gothic theme, and the rich colors and textures.

SL Photo Contest Calendar

A brain storm has brought about an idea. One that I know has been tried before, and one that I do not expect miracles from, but one that I do hope helps many people on many levels.

The SL Photo Contest Calendar is a calendar of events held for photographers by anyone... although contests are our main focus at this time, and we are starting slow, our hope is to be able to give photographers as much information about all the photography contests in world so that they can plan to participate in as many as they can.

This also brings the competitive level up on the contests. Most do like the voting game of the voting contests in world, but I have also found that the judged contests and other contests that do not allow you to vote for yourself, also bring a nice competitive edge.  The rules and regulations of all the contest will be posted and hopefully this might also spread the ideas and ways to make things fair and fun between all the hosts of the contests.

Talent Extra-Ordinary

In my travel's and doing business with the creative minds of SecondLife, I have found that there are so many great minds and visionaries of this virtual world. Each one of them has their own identity and genre.  The great mind behind Glorious Insanity Gallery is just one of those individuals.  Her work in getting tools of the trade and producing some amazing artwork for magazines, models and other high end clientele.

New Book: White Wedding

A new book has been done and right now is NOT for sale and can only be seen here for the first time. Thanks to the model (who shall remain nameless) and her generous time for making some of this one of the more exciting and fun photography shoots I have done in a long time. Her good nature added to the event and her twisted sense of humor made me get down and dirty with it all. Don't let the title fool you!

I haven't been dong a lot of shooting until lately. But things have picked back up despite having to close down the large gallery and consolidate things into a smaller area.  (Note: Please check my picks on my in-world profile to get the most up to date landmark to the gallery.)

Anchors Away

These were simplistic and fun nudes that took a very artistic turn for me as I played with shadows.  I did these with my mind on all the service men and women I know in my RL as a way to show them that not all is ugly in this time.

Just Released: Little Bad Riding Hood

Currently in partnership with Virtual Props and Poses, I will be doing a series of coffee table picture books and separate paintings for sail.  This is the first of this series... a nice little darker side of "Little Red Riding Hood."

Lady Astartie

I have had the privilege of meeting some really amazing people in SecondLife and Lady Astartie is no exception.  Her talents and emotion show so deeply in her work that I couldn't help but bring her work into my gallery and give her the challenge of doing a shoot of me for a change.  She readily accepted and to my amazement, her perfection and abilities are astonishing... considering her "abilities" in real life.

In real life she suffers from a debilitating disease. One of which I have seen inflict many who have amazing eyes for art.  One such person who was so inspiring to me was Karen Wheeler but in meeting Astartie in world under different circumstances, I found her just as inspiring as I did Karen.  Each of them over coming some major obstacles in life to produce some amazing and beautiful images that I will cherish for years.

I will be uploading the images that Astartie produced of myself, but I thought I would share the images I did of the beautiful Lady in all her splendor as well.

Demon.. love?

After many hits and misses, I have been finally given the chance to connect with a wonderful European man who has quite the interesting avatar, bringing a new challenge all it's own.

~Click~ photography props inspired this shoot and I can't thank the builder enough for also contributing more of his props to my vastly growing inventory of photography elements in SecondLife.

A Return

This series was inspired by the return of a passion by two very close and dear friends of mine. Their passion has far extended the boundaries of time and of cyber space.

To them both, I have enjoyed your company, your continued support, your inspiration and over all, the love that you both share with the world around you.  I hope that I might be inspired further and deeper from whatever levels you may offer.
